What data is collected and for what purpose?

Your IP address, which is implicitly transmitted when you call up our website, is processed.

On the one hand, the IP address is processed for the secure operation of our offer and on the other hand, it is used for range measurement and thus to improve our offer. In the process, the IP address is immediately discarded. And not stored at any time.

This data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

As a customer of lalalytics, we collect necessary information for their access to the software. This includes email address, name or billing data.

For how long is data stored?

Data is stored for no longer than seven days and then deleted or anonymized.

Where is the data stored?

Our offer is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. We have concluded a DPA with Hetzner.

Is the data passed on to third parties?

As a matter of principle, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly consented to the data being passed on. However, if we use external service providers to provide our services, the data will be processed as part of an order processing in accordance with the statutory provisions.
